We’re working on a job description for a plugin developer for Equalize Digital Accessibilty Checker.
This will be the first time we have hired someone to work exclusively on our product and not do client work which is an exciting milestone, but I also wonder how different of a skill set we should look for. More backend than front-end, I imagine.
